2.2 Hardware ID (HWID)

• HWIDs are stored securely on our licensing server.
• HWIDs are not shared with third parties.
• HWIDs can be reset via a support ticket (subject to our HWID reset policy).

2.3 Usage Data

Our software may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage statistics (e.g. which features are activated) for the purpose of improving our products. This data does not include any personal information and cannot be used to identify you.

2.4 Discord Data

If you join our Discord server, your Discord username and ID may be stored for the purpose of verification, support, and license management. Discord's own Privacy Policy governs how Discord handles your data.

3. Payment Processors

Payments are processed by the following third-party providers. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies:

• Verifying and enforcing software licenses (via HWID binding)
• Processing HWID resets and replacement key requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Purchase records and email addresses are retained for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
• HWIDs are retained for the duration of your license.
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us via Discord. Note that deletion of purchase records may affect your ability to receive support.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no internet-based transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
