Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Effective immediately upon purchase or use of any TimmyTurner product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product or service offered by TimmyTurner ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our products or services.

These terms apply to all users of our Discord server, website, software tools, and any associated digital content.

2. License & Intellectual Property

2.1 Personal, Non-Transferable License

All purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product. You may not sell, trade, share, gift, or transfer your license, account, or key to any third party.

2.2 License Duration

Timmy Supreme, Timmy Premium, Timmy Network, Timmy No Mercy: Lifetime license — valid for the lifetime of the product.
Keyboard Macros: Duration-based license (7 Days, 1 Month, or Lifetime depending on plan purchased).

2.3 Anti-Leak & Anti-Crack Policy

⚠ Leaking, sharing, cracking, reverse-engineering, or distributing any TimmyTurner software, content, or files — whether paid or exclusive — will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all TimmyTurner services with no refund.

We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution. Legal action may be pursued where applicable.

3. HWID Binding & Resets

Our software uses Hardware ID (HWID) binding to enforce single-device licensing and prevent unauthorized sharing.

Standard HWID resets are available via a support ticket in our Discord server.
Replacement license keys are available at 50% of the original purchase price.
Abuse of HWID reset requests (e.g. multiple resets in a short period without valid reason) may result in the request being declined.

4. Payments & Chargebacks

All payments are processed exclusively through our official checkout at timmyturner.mysellauth.com. Do not send payments through any other channel.

⚠ Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider — for any reason after product delivery — will result in a permanent ban from all TimmyTurner services.

If you have a legitimate issue with your purchase, contact our support team via Discord before contacting your bank or payment provider.

5. Liability Disclaimer

All PC optimization tweaks, tools, and scripts are used entirely at your own risk.

TimmyTurner is not liable for any of the following resulting from the use of our software:

System instability, crashes, or boot errors
Hardware malfunctions, degradation, or damage
Data loss or corruption
Game bans (though our tools are designed to be anti-cheat safe)
Any other direct or indirect damage to your system or data

We strongly recommend creating a system restore point before applying any tweaks. Our software includes a built-in backup and revert feature — use it.

6. Community Guidelines (Discord)

Membership in our Discord server is subject to the following rules. Violations may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

6.1 Conduct

Be respectful at all times. No toxicity, racism, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
No NSFW content, gore, graphic violence, or drama.
Use common sense. If you're unsure whether something is appropriate — it probably isn't.

6.2 Spam & Promotion

No spam, excessive messaging, or unsolicited self-promotion.
No advertising other products, services, or Discord servers without prior permission from staff.

6.3 Support

Do NOT send direct messages (DMs) to staff members for support. Open a ticket in the designated support channel.
Patience is required. Staff respond as quickly as possible.

6.4 Platform Rules

All members must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Violations of Discord's ToS within our server will result in immediate removal.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any TimmyTurner product or community at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
